ISM Recruitment is excited to partner with our client to recruit for the role of Demand/Supply chain planner. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a collaborative team, driving excellence in demand planning and stock management within a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
o Efficiently manage demand planning and purchase order replenishment processes to ensure excellent service levels and optimal stock investment.
o Develop best practices for forward-looking demand planning analysis.
o Respond rapidly to internal and external demand planning queries.
o Build effective relationships with commercial and operational personnel to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain understanding.
o Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to processes and systems to optimise demand planning and forecasting performance.
o Support the Head of Operations and Key Account teams in collaborative supply chain processes with key accounts.
o Maintain and circulate a monthly sell-off list to the senior management team.
o Provide backfill support for demand planning as required.

o Experience in demand planning or supply chain roles is essential.
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
