Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of transport and warehouse operations, including logistics, inventory control, and distribution.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve operational targets and exceed customer expectations.
Monitor inventory levels, implement robust stock control processes, and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to streamline supply chain processes.
Analyse operational data and provide actionable insights through regular performance reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key partners.

Candidate Requirements:
A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPC, Six Sigma) are a strong advantage.
A valid driver’s license is essential.
Proven experience: You’ll have a strong background in a similar operations management role, with hands-on experience in transport and warehousing.
Leadership skills: You’re an inspiring leader, capable of managing and motivating diverse teams to deliver results.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary: €48,000 – €60,000 per annum

Hours of Work:
