Salary/Hourly Rate: €32,000 to €35,000 DOE
Company Description:
We are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator for permanent position to join our team of professionals based in Thurles area, Co. Tipperary.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-year previous experience in a similar Role.
Candidate Requirements:
Solid Telesales experience as you will be taking up to 30 call a day
Understanding of dealing with customer over the phone
ability to negotiate and help the customer to buy the company offering
Excellent knowledge in best practice of a fast-moving company
Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
Administration and Computer skills including Excel and Office.

Main Duties/responsibilities
Answer calls and assist customers with their enquiries.
Allocate calls to Drivers and correct sections.
Handle customers/drivers tracking enquiries.
Relay customer service queries and complaints to related teams.
Carrying out any additional duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Handle sales queries in a professional manner.
Coordinate all Administration reporting is completed after each shift and a handover is complete.
Record all queries etc. on Database.
Following up on delivery queries.
Support management with day-to-day queries.
Salary and Benefits:
€32K to €35k (DOE).
Permanent role
Working Monday to Friday – Operating Hours TBC. work one saturday on the month
