Company Description:

ISM Recruitment is proud to partner with our client a leading leisure company for the 2025 Tourist Season. We are now hiring for a multiple of 10 Single Tours and Multi Tour Drivers based in Dublin with Tours covering Celtic Roots, Cliffs or Moher, Blarney Castle, Glendalough and Wicklow Mountains. The ideal candidates will be outgoing and friendly and be able to offer passengers and tourists a unique Irish experience.

Reporting to Transport you will be responsible for:

Driver Walkround check of your vehicle prior to departure
Ensuring defaults have been reported to the manager / office
Checking route is correct prior to departure
Liaising with passengers and customers to ensuring passengers have paid
Providing a fantastic customer experience

Candidate Requirements:

Min 1-2 years Bus / Coach Driving experience with an established Irish or UK coach hire firm
Full Clean Irish Driving Licence (D)
Valid Digital Tacograph card
Valid CPC Card including this year’s module due 9th of September 2024
Good track record of customer service and dealing directly with the public.

Salary and Benefits:

€150 Per Day for Singel Day Tours
€165 Per Day for Multi Day Tours
€35.00 Subsistence for Multi Trip Work
1 FREE CPC Per Year!!!

Hours of Work:

Monday to Sunday Work
Rostered Weekly or Monthly in Advance
(Driver Cover provided on Multi Day Tour Work)
Drivers will usually commence at 6am and complete a 10 to 12 hour shift
