ISM Recruitment, a division of the Irish School of Motoring Group, are seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant/Team Lead with expertise in both temping services and permanent placements to join our dynamic team in our Santry Office.

This is a real opportunity to join a fast growing and award-winning recruitment agency shortlisted for Best in Practice Healthcare 2023 who specialise in the HSE Panel Framework and private Healthcare settings.

Candidate Requirements:

ISM Recruitment are looking for an experienced, hardworking recruitment consultant, who is a self-starter with 2-3 years’ experience in agency healthcare recruitment.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving recruitment targets and delivering client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will thrive on developing new business and developing their own business within a business with the aim of becoming an a leading expert in their industry field.
Experience in successfully leading a team of recruitment consultants to deliver quality recruitment services to both candidates and clients.
The ability to work efficiently, accurately and consistently within a face paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:
Estimated salary including commission & allowance €45-55K in Year 1
