Ideal for experienced MEWP operators seeking globally recognised certification and an official IPAF PAL Card, demonstrating competency to international safety standards.
What You Will Learn:
Training combines classroom instruction and practical assessment, covering:
- Understanding MEWP controls and safety features
- Safe use of harnesses and attachment to approved anchor points
- Emergency lowering procedures
- Safe operation of Scissor Lifts (vertical access)
- Safe operation of Telescopic Booms (extended outreach access)
- Identifying workplace hazards and safe working practices
- Compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation
- Pre‑use inspections and PPE requirements
- Correct storage of equipment
- Fall protection, suspension trauma awareness, and rescue planning
Harness awareness and correct usage are included and suitable for both new and experienced operators.
